Five years of care, now across the Causeway
Ezra Healthcare started in Singapore in 2021 with a single vehicle. Its founder saw how small logistical setbacks slowed an elderly loved one's access to care and recovery, and built a service to remove those barriers.
In five years, Ezra Healthcare Pte Ltd has grown into an integrated provider of medical transport, home care and medical equipment, with more than 10,000 patient journeys completed.
Ezra HC Sdn Bhd carries that experience to Malaysia. Working from our office in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, we serve customers across the country with one focus: medical devices for the aged.

Built on Malaysia's Medical Device Act
Ezra HC Sdn Bhd is applying to the Medical Device Authority (MDA) for an establishment licence to import and distribute medical devices under the Medical Device Act 2012 (Act 737).
Under section 15(1) of Act 737, an establishment may not import, export or place a registered medical device on the market without an establishment licence. Since 1 July 2024, MDA issues one licence per establishment role.
Our commitments
- Hold a valid MDA establishment licence for each role we perform, as importer and distributor.
- Sell only devices registered with MDA.
- Follow Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD).
- Keep distribution records and support MDA post-market surveillance and vigilance.
